Rates are quoted per house per night in South African Rand and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax.

The owners and management of Cape View 2 cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the apartment.

Reservations are subjected to terms and conditions on check-in

Deposit Conditions:

A 50% deposit secures the booking. The balance to be paid after a satisfactory inspection on arrival.    
 

Cancellation policy:

Deposits are forfeited on cancellations after this date.

Check in: after 14:00

Check out: before 10:00

In most cases we will allow early check-ins and late check-outs if the house is available. Please advise us if you require early check-in or late check out.
